Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions/ Cancellation Policies 1. A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of the total amount of the service is required for a guaranteed reservation, and charter date; and may be paid through the following ways: credit card payment, bank transfer or cash bank deposit. The down payment is non-refundable. 2. Cancellation: If guest would like to cancel his/her reservation 7 days before the charted date, then the down payment (30% of the total amount of stay) will be charged or forfeited. 3. Balance (70%) is required at least 24 hours before the departure of the boat. Non – refundable. 4. If the booking request is less than 24 hrs. before boat departure a 100% of the total amount of the service will be requested upon booking. Non-refundable. 5. If you need to postpone your charter trip for whatever reason, we may do so based on the availability of the boat and crew.
